My family went to the Chili's in Fultondale Al on Oct 23, 2012 for lunch. The resturant wasn't crowded so we figured it wouldn't take long to get our meal. WRONG!!!! Our waiter came took our drink orders and asked if we were ready to order. We said yes and proceded to order. People came in after us, were seated and in no time at all had their drinks, appitizer and their meal. We were still waiting!!! After we had been there waiting on our food for 40 minutes, we got up and left. The greeter came out behind us to say our food was ready. We told him we had been waiting and other people had been served and we still had no food. We told him we were going somewhere else. I could understand if they had been busy but they were not. We went to Applebee's right up the road and were seated and served our food in less than 20 minutes. I have never had such poor service any where. In fact, I have never waited that long for food in a buy resturant in my life. I will not go to this Chili's again.
